This model can be assembled wits cam 1-4 tracks. Model SMS-SJ4/4 is 3 feeds per inch and   SMS-SJ4/4 is 4feeds per inch. Equipped 2 holes yarn carrier is able to knit the platting fabric. The spandex attachment is optional equipment to run spandex available. The central stitch control system is easy to control fabric G.S.M.

GENERAL FEATURE

• Adapting oil bath wire racing bearing to run machine smoothly and save power.
• Digitized display with Three shifts counter showing machine R.P.M. and able to preset each three shift production. It is clear and easy to handle for machine operator.
• Using A.C. Inverter motor controller is able to adjust the start torque and brake.
• Central stitch control system is used in single serials machines. It is helpful for the user to adjust fabric G.S.M. easily.
• Main transmission shaft is structured by whole alloy steel without any coupling/universal joint with one auxiliary transmission shaft to provide dial & cylinder movement synchronized to eliminate any vibration.
• Special design for the dial arrangement allow the cylinder and dial to be removed without taking off the three upper transmission support legs, enabling easy gauge change possibilities.
• Special alloy steel cylinder and dial are fitted with inserted trick walls treated to ensure high quality of cylinder.
